• Sterilise before first use — Wash all parts in warm soapy water and sterilise thoroughly before using for the first time.
• Inspect before every feed — Check the teat for signs of thinning, cracking, or deterioration. Replace immediately if damaged.
• Do not microwave — Do not heat milk in the bottle using a microwave, as this creates hot spots that can burn your baby's mouth. Use a bottle warmer or warm water bath instead.
• Always test temperature — Shake the bottle and test milk temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding.
